Howdy,  and welcome to  thirdeyeBBQ.com  home of  the ThirdHand and ThreeFinger grate lifting and hanging tools, Wiggle Rods as well as some other custom stainless steel barbecue tools.

If you own any kind of charcoal fueled cooker, take a look at my selection of Custom Tools.  I may have something that is perfect for you. My tools are simple, yet extremely functional.  Even though these are specialized tools, they are meant to be used every time you use your charcoal barbecue, grill or smoker.

All my tools are fabricated from Grade 304 stainless steel, they are designed and built in the USA.

Micro Adjusters are in stock
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 A new gadget called a Brisket-N-Butt Sticker will be in the line up in the next couple of weeks.  It's a T-Handle probe used to judge tenderness on large cuts of meat like brisket and butts.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Another handy tool I'll be offering in 2010 is a Probe Hole Plug.  They are used to plug the hole and stop leaking juices after removing your cable thermometer from something like a prime rib, turkey breast or brisket.

A message from  thirdeye...

After all these years, I've outgrown my blog site.

Don't worry, Playing With Fire and Smoke aka thirdeye's cookin' site is not going away, it will still be a one stop reference for all kinds of barbecue and grilling information, and of course loads of recipes and home for my Guest Pit Bosses ..... I just need more options for my tools.

Here on  thirdeyeBBQ.com, I will have more room to spread out.

I hope you like the new site and stop by often.
